Booking Process

Once you have decided to cruise with us, please begin by consulting the availability table.

After selecting your preferred dates and cruise type, contact us to request a provisional booking.

Within one business day, you’ll receive an email confirming your provisional booking. The booking will be held for three days while you complete the first payment. The confirmation email will include:

• Confirmation of your selected charter dates.
• Total charter amount after applying any discounts.
• A detailed payment schedule with due dates.
• Bank details or payment link to complete your transfer.
• Information about next steps and preparation for your cruise.

Payment Terms

• 30% of the total charter fee is due at the time of booking.
• 50% is due up to three months before your cruise date.
• 20% is payable at the start of your charter.

If your booking is made less than three months before the cruise date, 80% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.

Once we have received your payment, you’ll receive a final confirmation email that secures your booking.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel more than 8 months before the start date, your deposit will be refunded minus a €500 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made between 3 and 8 months prior will result in forfeiting the deposit (30%) while any additional payments made will be refunded.
• For cancellations less than 3 months before departure, no refund will be provided.
