Booking Process

Booking your charter begins by choosing your preferred dates and charter option. Simply get in touch with us and we'll confirm availability, answer any questions, and issue a provisional reservation.

We'll normally respond within one business day, confirming your provisional booking, which will be held for three days while you complete the initial payment.

Your confirmation email will include everything you need to complete your booking, including:

• Confirmation of your selected charter dates.
• Total charter amount.
• A detailed payment schedule with due dates.
• Bank details or a secure payment link.
• Information about next steps and preparation for your cruise.

Payment Terms

To confirm your reservation, 30% of the total charter fee is due at the time of booking.

The remaining 70% balance is payable up to three months before your departure date.

For bookings made less than three months before the cruise, the full charter amount is payable at the time of booking.

Payments can be made securely by bank transfer or credit card. Bank transfers are processed through our company account at Piraeus Bank, while credit card payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Once your payment has been received, we'll send you a final confirmation securing your reservation.

Please note that payments made via Stripe are subject to an additional 3.4% processing fee, reflecting third-party payment processing charges.

Before Your Charter

Once your booking is confirmed, we'll stay in touch to help prepare every detail before your arrival.

In the weeks leading up to your charter, we'll guide you through guest information, arrival instructions, and any important details ahead of your charter, ensuring everything is ready before you step onboard.

Whether you need assistance arranging airport transfers, celebrating a special occasion, or simply have questions before your trip, we're always happy to help.

Cancellation Policy

Should your plans change, the following cancellation terms apply:

• If you cancel more than 8 months before the charter start date, your deposit will be refunded, minus a €500 cancellation fee.
• If you cancel between 3 and 8 months before the charter start date, the 30% deposit will be forfeited, while any additional payments made will be refunded.
• If you cancel less than 3 months before the charter start date, unfortunately no refund can be provided.

We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
