Booking Process

To begin your booking, simply choose your desired dates and cruise type and contact our team to request a provisional reservation.

Within one business day, you’ll receive an email confirming your provisional booking. The booking will be held for three days while you complete the first payment. The confirmation email will include:

• Confirmation of your selected charter dates.
• Total charter amount.
• A detailed payment schedule with due dates.
• Bank details or payment link to complete your transfer.
• Information about next steps and preparation for your cruise.

Payment Terms

• 30% of the total charter fee is due at the time of booking.
• 70% is due up to three months before your cruise date.

Payments can be made securely via bank transfer or credit card. Bank transfers are processed through our company account at the Bank of Cyprus, and credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe. All payment details will be provided during the booking process.

If your booking is made less than three months before the cruise date, the full amount should be paid at the time of booking.

Once we have received your payment, you’ll receive a final confirmation email that secures your booking.

*Payments made via Stripe are subject to an additional 3% processing fee, which reflects third-party payment processing charges.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel more than 8 months before the start date, your deposit will be refunded minus a €500 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made between 3 and 8 months prior will result in forfeiting the deposit (30%) while any additional payments made will be refunded.
• For cancellations less than 3 months before departure, no refund will be provided.
